About Adrianna

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Adrianna Lebar is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, providing online therapy across Ontario with in-person services coming soon to Ottawa, Ontario for children, teens, and adults. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, self-esteem challenges, and identity-related concerns. Adrianna also supports LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients, including individuals exploring whether OCD or neurodivergence may be part of their experience, with or without a formal diagnosis.

Drawing from several years of experience supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals across a range of developmental and emotional needs, Adrianna takes a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach to therapy. She integrates evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, ERP, mindfulness, and humanistic therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, communication style, and lived experience.

Adrianna is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the leading evidence-based treatment for OCD. She supports clients experiencing intrusive thoughts, compulsions, reassurance-seeking, perfectionism, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and executive functioning challenges. Her work focuses on helping clients build practical coping tools, increase emotional awareness, strengthen self-understanding, and develop more flexible and compassionate ways of relating to themselves.

As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, Adrianna brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work while creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients and families feel supported, understood, and empowered. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and paced to meet each person where they are, helping clients feel more confident when navigating daily challenges and creating meaningful change.
